Lifeline Northern Beaches provides two inter-connecting telephone support programs for people experiencing suicidal thoughts, or for concerned family members.

I myself have gone through depression and know how it feels when nothing seems possible. Today, I feel for those who suffer from depression and have the hardest time asking for help and support. But when they do, I want to know that community support is available.

Mental health is extremely important to Virago Active. We support young woman finding their physical and mental strength through sports.
